We ship in continental U.S.A only . Plants are shipped Mondays only. USPS Flat Rate Priority & Express only bear in mind the mail system is slow in some areas . Two Day Priority may take 2 to 5 days ,Express 1 to 2 days . Cut off time is 4 PM EST Monday any orders after will be shipped the following Monday .Gabby are limited to Qty of 6 per large box - Qty of 3 per medium box on Gabby Mini Mondays. We do not offer pick ups at this time.

Shop Retail Gabby are much larger Gabby max 2 per Medium Box 4 per Large box .

We have to make shipping limits per box to prevent damage Gabby leaves do not fold upwards like other plants they will snap off !

We carefully package each plant to prevent shipping damage . There should be no damage at all due to packing .Gabby are hardy shippers .

I would suggest Heat Packs for shipping below 50 degrees as Gabby are not cold tolerant. Or you may use your best judgement keep in mind i will not replace or refund frozen or cold damaged plants if you opt out of a heat pack.

Any damage such as crushing or opening by mail inspectors i am not liable for ,but please let us know!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or redirected packages .

We are responsible for making sure your plant arrives in a healthy as perfect condition as it left ,on occasion a white leaf may drop or the original leaf may drop its perfectly normal ,it does not happen often .

Please send a complete unboxing video start to finish uninterrupted if you have issues within 2 hours of arrival .

I can not hold plants for shipping longer than 6 days ,i understand so many of you love to vacation here but its quite impossible for me to hold so many plants .

Please use caution when opening our plants they are secured with packing tape so they do not move in the box you may damage them if the tape is ripped off scissors are a good tool.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards Gift cards are a special product that recipients can use as payment for orders in our online store. Every purchased gift card has a unique code. When a customer purchases a gift card, they can email the code to their recipient or themselves as a way to save up for that special plant .When redeeming a gift card code at checkout, customers will see the card value subtracted from their order total. They can also see the balance remaining on the gift card and amount due .Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Refunding a gift card issues a full refund. It isn't possible to partially refund a gift card.

Promo Codes & Sale Codes

All Sale and Promo Codes have a start and end date . No discounts will be given for prior or after any purchases are made . If limits are applicable it will apply .

If any harm shall come to We Love Gabby we will swiftly act legal notices may be sent by mail or electronically .

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept cancellations once your order is shipped . You may cancel at any time before ,a 10% restock fee will be held . All sales are final once the order is shipped.

Effective 3-31-2023 We Love Gabby all plant sales are final.

We will no longer replace plants that are *over watered * under fed * over fed * under watered* placed in moss *placed in too large a pot *kept in humid conditions *placed in various substrates or any condition that can harm your plants.

All plants leave my care fully rooted and established . Gabby may stay in her pot for up to at least a one year period be very wise and keep your pot small when upgrading your pot size !

An unboxing complete video is required if you are unable to video you may use pics, notify us immediately of any shipping or plant damage .I guarantee my packing we take the utmost care .Out of my control are damages due to crushing ,lost ,stolen plants.

Please make sure your address is correct ,especially if using paypal .

No refunds will be issued due to incorrect addresses entered .

Promo Gabby

Promo Gabby are available on Opening Day Only Website Only. Limited Quantity Available ,Limit 1 per person, household, account, IP Address .Shipping and Billing Address must be the same. I will not ship Promo Gabby to a PO# .There will be NO Holds in the Cart ! We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if a fraudulent purchase is made or suspected .Promo Gabby have a yearly limit purchase of one. Orders may be canceled if the system in place crashes ,orders received first will have have priority over others . E-Commerce laws are followed these are not free plants there is a cost of $1 for the plant .Shipping and handling heat pack /insulation - insulation only and sales tax if it applies are extra charges customer is responsible for.

Pop Up promo Gabby available during the season same rules apply .

We Love Gabby reserves the right to post any Promo /giveaway at anytime -if we choose to add Promo sales on opening day on any forms of social media we will .

You may not come to my greenhouse ,my office or my home and purchase all the promo gabby you can carry out ahead of everyone else.

You may not Pre-Order a Promo Gabby We do not do any Pre-Orders on any plants .

You may not claim a Promo Gabby on any Promotion Announcement.

Promo Gabby and all Gabby are rooted plants they are not and never have been cuttings .

Fabulous Friday Discounts start at 11:59 PM EST on Thursdays End 11:59 PM EST Fridays. No Limits 30 % & 10 % off Shop Retail and Mini Monday .You may purchase as many as you wish sale % will be automatic at checkout .

Fraudulent Purchases

We Love Gabby will immediately cancel any order and swiftly refund any purchase made if suspected fraud or suspicious purchases are made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected ,or any of the following and not limited to:

The right to refuse a transaction due to scams or false charge backs or claims .

The right to cancel an order if you are on a do not sell list on social media that tracks scammers. Any persons blocked on any social media .

Payment Provider Gateway automatically tracks red flags and declines any sale that does not match credit and debit card issuing bank info.

The right to cancel any order due any suspicious behavior ,harassment, repeated contact ,spamming .
